Shipping

Orders will usually be processed within 1 to 3 working days and shipped out to your address using the delivery service you choose at checkout.

Delivery is estimated 5 - 10 working days using a fully tracked service if no delays in transit once shipped. If any delays occur it may take longer. You will be able to monitor progress via tracking details provided.

Delivery to Turkey and Indonesia can take 2 to 4 weeks.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If used then the item isn't used beyond what would be reasonable when examining them in a shop before purchase or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sales@trendygifts.co.uk.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs (Important)

  • For Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will cover the return shipping costs. We may be able to provide replacement or refund without the need for you to return the item(s) and for this images and/or videos would be required.

  • For Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, you will be responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fee on returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively we can wait until we receive the item and then we can send you your replacement.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received your funds, please contact us at sales@trendygifts.co.uk.

NOTE: You must get appropriate cover for the delivery of all items in case anything gets lost in the post. You will need to claim for any items lost in delivery from Royal Mail as we cannot. Proof of posting is available for free when you send your item from the Post Office.
